Iran Election Protest NYC 6/19/2009

People gathered for the second time in NYC outside of the UN at Dag Hammarskjold Plaza to protest the fraudulent election results in Iran and also to protest the killing of Iranian civilians.

Granny Activists Arrested Again

Memebers of the Granny Peace Brigade got cozy in the slammer once again courtesy of the NYPD. The Grannies protested along side Green Party mayoral candidate Reverend Billy, public advocate candidate Norman Seigel and others, at the Times Square military recruitment center on March 18th.  Seven grannies were arrested.
